Frogs Restaurant in Kuranda was established 1980 and still owned and operated by Terry and his family today. Wild caught local barramundi is excellent! Very extensive menu, tasting platters of emu, crocodile and kangaroo, beer battered fish and chips, authentic curries, pizzas, burgers, salads gluten free and vegan. Grass fed Tasmanian rib fillet steak is some of the best you will find! If you’re hanging out for an espresso, frogs use Axil as the roaster and the friendly baristas are passionate serving seasonal house blends plus cold brew, single origin, lactose free, soy and low fat available. Coffee beans are purchased direct trade, looking after the grower. With Australian craft beer, quality wines and friendly professional service.
